Application:
Ang Ammonium Polyphosphate(APP) na ginagamit sa malalawak na hindi masusunog na coatings at thermosetting resins (tulad ng polyurethane foam, UP resin, epoxy resin, atbp.), ay maaari ding gamitin para sa fiber, wood at rubber products na flame retardant. Dahil sa mataas na molecular weight nito (n>1000) at mataas na stability, ang APP ay maaari ding gamitin bilang pangunahing aktibong bahagi ng intumescent flame retardant thermoplastics, lalo na sa PP hanggang UL 94-V0 para sa paggawa ng mga elektronikong bahagi.
